Pros: Flavorful, affordable, potent
Cons: [see below]
The cannabis industry surprises me every twist and turn, and this cannabis infused ramen seasoning is no exception! Straight to the point: This product deserves all 5-leafs and if you have access, money, and interest you should give it a try.
I tested this product with some low-sodium soup; flavorless. I find this would be a great taste to see how the product tasted and its effect but with something a bit more nutritious. Though this product was created for and marketed towards ramen, the uses are not limited towards the 25¢ noodles!
There are no notes of rare spices, nor anything spicy so don't let your expectations get too high #weedpun. This is your standard vegetable broth ramen flavor; and thats it. No distinguishable taste or lingering after taste/burn of cannabis. Extracts have come a long way since I started with cannabis and this ramen packet is proof in the pudding—err, soup!
Each ramen packet contains the Washington state limit of 10mg, which I find as a perfect amount per dosage. I would classify the high as neither indica nor sativa leaning; neither up nor down. It was perfect during my run as it gave the mental clarity I desired, but didn't push into anxiety nor sedentary states for the entire 2 hour duration. I find the 10 mg amount to dance right up to the line of "too high" right before the effect wanes.
If I had to find a con to Northwest Cannabis Solutions' Left-Handed® Brand Cannabis Infused Ramen Seasoning (Instagram link here), it would be the individual serving packaging. The master container can be recycled, but the individual packets are landfill waste. I would recommend a biodegradable individual serving packaging or at the least something that can be recycled.
